Burns, Bertsch & Harris, Inc. (BBH) was founded in 1982 by Bruce Burns, Dale Bertsch FAICP, and Ken Rainey. Their goal was to create a Columbus-based community planning firm dedicated to the encouragement of strategic planning, widespread stakeholder participation, conflict resolution, consensus building, establishment of priorities, goal setting and robust action agendas in government and not-for-profit sectors.
